Great game Sunday!

Thank you to all of the parents and families that attended the game
Sunday! While all of the girls know the score of the game, the coaches
are not concerned.
 
Our girls did a great job, and the other team's coaches were very
complimentary of our girls' defense: "strong, organized".

(The other team's coaches also mentioned that the majority of their
girls were fourth graders and very tall for their age...The majority
of our girls are in third grade.)
 
Our girls did great work: they fought hard, they supported each other,
and they had fun.
 
One note: I would appreciate it if all parents could counsel their
girls to "support their team" when the girls are not playing: no one
plays the entire game, and instead of "horsing around" on the
sidelines, girls should be supporting their teammates and "learning
from watching". Thank you.
 
While we plan to have practice as normal this week, it is currently
looking like rain for Tuesday practice. Please play it by ear. We will
not ask the girls to play in the rain, so feel free to stay home if it
is raining...
 
Wednesday and Saturday practices are at normal times/location (and
weather looks good).
 
Reminder about photos at the upcoming game: please arrive early for
the team photo, and bring the photo form and payment.
